  Register
 

Cusinenet offers four initial services to customers. Takeaway ordering, Delivery ordering, Table reservation and Table reservation & Pre-order. To use the service, you will have to register with us. To register, all we need is:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your telephone number
Once you have registered, finding a restaurant is easy, so click here to register.
 
  Find a restaurant
 

You can use the search facilities to either find restaurants by location, or by the name. You will get a list of restaurants displayed, which match your criteria and each one will have a selection of links, depending on the services that they offer.

You can also search for restaurants which currently aren't offering our Click-to-Order services. This facility enables you to locate a restaurant in a certain area.

Once you have selected a restaurant, you're ready to get ordering!

 
  Ordering
 

Once you choose the type of order which you want (Takeaway, Delivery, Reserve, Reserve & Pre-Order), you will be presented with the menu for this selection - since some resteraunts offer different menus for eat-in and takeaway.

On the left hand side of the screen, there is a space for you to log in - you can use this to re-order food from your favourites list (more on this below). If you are ordering from a new resteraunt, then simply click on the dishes which you want, and they will be added to the box at the bottom of the screen. The list of the sections of the menu on the left hand side can be used to quickly navigate through the list of dishes.

The box at the bottom of the screen allows you to change the quantity of dishes, or remove them, or remove all of the dishes you have added.

When you have finished selecting all of the dishes which you want, then click on the "View Order" button at the bottom of the screen. This will then allow you to select the date and time of the order, as well as allowing you to enter any specific information, such as "No Smoking etc." to the order. Click to continue, and enter your username and password, and click to continue again.

You can then confirm the order, by checking all of the information is correct, and then you can click the button at the bottom of the screen to send the order through to the resteraunt.

  Re-Ordering
   

Q : I order the same (or nearly the same) thing from the the same resteraunt all of the time, is there any quicker way I can go through and do this, without clicking on all of the same dishes every time?

A : Of course! Our members area services allow you to view any orders you saved as favourites, and then with a couple of clicks, you can order the same dish again.

 
  Amend Orders
   

Q : Oh dear! I have sent an order through to the resteraunt, but I missed out a dish, what can I do!

A : If you log into your account, then the dish will be listed under live orders. You can then cancel the order, or you can modify the order. If you choose to midify the order, then it will display the order to you, and you can add the extra dishes, or remove dishes as you see fit, and then send the order back through to the resteraunt. If you choose to cancel the order, then the resteraunt will be informed accordingly.

 
  Other Locations
   

Q : What if I am somewhere else? Do I have to sign up for every location where I would like things to be delivered?

A : Nope, you can add different locations to your account, so that you don't have to sign up multiple times.

 
  Troubleshooting
   

Q : I am having a problem logging into my account, it keeps on displaying "Logon Failed, please check your username and password".

A : First of all, check that you haven't got CAPS-LOCK on, failing that, you can request to recieve your account information by email. So, if you click on the link which says "Forgotten your details? - Click here", you can then enter the email address which you signed up with, and your account information will be sent to that email address.
